Best 1394 Cable?

[Phil Maker]

I'm looking for the best 1394 6 pin to 6 pin cable 8 plus feet long. I'll be using it to edit on my laptop. I have a great 3 footer but I want to be able to move around the room (couch, chair etc.) so I need something longer.

cables usually don't go bad, once you treat them right:

comprehensive has been good to me. Try searching for the 8 feet plus on B&H.

I have several granite digital firewire cables:

The granite digitals are the best. i might be willing to sell one or 2 as i never use them anymore.
