This is a Bescor SLM-18XLRRNC Slimline, Lead Acid Battery Belt.
I bought this battery pack in May 2009 and have used it around 300+ times. It is not holding a charge long enough for me to keep using it so I bought a new one.
This does not include a charger.

One difference from that photo is that the 4-pin XLR cable comes from the other side of the pack.
This will power a 50W tungsten bulb for about 50 minutes before it begins to fade.
The seams on the fabric of the belt are also tearing and it sags in the back if it's not extra tight around your waist.
The strain relief on the 4-pin XLR plug came off (almost as soon as I got it). After a while, the XLR plug came un-soldered and it was re-soldered once.
This pack would be good for backup power or power for a stationary camera. It will power a 12V ENG camera for several hours. Cheaper than Anton Bauer batteries!
I am asking $50 shipped (it is heavy, so I am only getting about $25 out of this).
