I used this for a few months for weddings and other gigs. It's in great shape and works flawlessly. To change the height you twist the locking mechanisms on the monopod. I was used to the manfrotto monopods but had no problem switching to this style monopod. I never had the locks get loose on me causing the monopod to fall in length like the manfrotto ones.
One side of the rubber on the tripod plate is peeling loose just slightly.
Monopod and head only, as pictured with instructions. Does not come with bag.
