Benefits to Cierco7?

I was just going to order a canon fd to gh1 adapter from cierco7 when I realized that there were alot of other cheaper versions on ebay; like this ADPLO version. Just wondering if there is a difference from Cierco's and any other model adapters out there.

Can't compare to your specific models, but I will say that my Cierco7 FD adapter is rock solid with no play, whereas my fotodiox Leica and Nikon adapters (and the kit lens) all have a little wiggle to them.

Anyone looking to sell there cierco fd adapter? :) I think $60 + $8 for shipping is pretty expensive but I don't want to risk buying something for $30 and getting a bad quality adapter.

I just had a refund from him, it wasn't anyone's fault (Except the postal service), but going on 2 weeks, I didn't receive my package. It was a cat & mouse game with the postal service. They say they mailed it, USA says they didn't, and around & around we went...

Hmm, so does anyone think that ordering from a random company on ebay for cheap would be ok? Just trying to save as much money as possible.

ciecio7 isn't a random company - they've been doing adapters for quite some time now. Sorry to hear Lake Films got into delivery problem, although I suspect the mail service rather than ciecio7 is the culprit here. I got their FD adapter delivered within a week (in Europe) and it's a solid piece of kit. Only two very well made aluminium parts - no plates, pins or screws that can break or disappear. I expect it to last longer than either camera or lenses it's meant for, heck it should survive me by some hundred years. It's well worth it's - in my eyes very inexpensive - price.

+1

Hmm... alright thats cool I'll probably be getting those then. Trying to save myself a few bucks here and there.

I have one of these adapters for sale. It's a brand new FD-m4/3 adapter from cierco. Basically I ordered it when I was sure I was going to get a GH1. During the two week shipment I decided to get the Canon instead so I'm trying to find a good home for the adapter as I'm not going to use it any longer. I'm selling it for $55 shipped. If anyone is interested, PM me!
