SOLD Bell & Howell anamorphic adapter

I bought this anamorphic adapter on Ebay for $300 about a year ago. It works great with my GH1 and GH2 but I'm too busy to really take advantage of it.No scratches or fungus on the glass. I used it with a Vid Atlantic adapter ring, but I'm sure it would work just as well with any similar adapter ring.$250 OBO.

How does it attach to a M43 mount and what do the images look like?
