BEER.....From Europe. What's your fav?

I love Belgian Whites. Hoegaarden was my first, had it in London and then had a devil of a time finding it in the U.S. These days that's not much of a problem.

Other favorites are most Chimays, Leffe Blonde, Franziskaner Weissbier, sometimes a framboise.

Delerium Tremens is 8.5% ALC, btw.

A few of my fav's from across the pond...

"You can travel the world but you'll never find a better beer than Samuel Adams!"

Sam is world class stuff, no doubt.
I just had the Sam Adams 13th Anniversary Epcot Food & Wine Festival Ale
(an exclusive that the Boston Beer Company brews just for, and changes each year for Disney)
Yummy.

My favorite small batch (and overall) Sam Adams is...

and my favorite that is produced year round...

I have 2 beers that I really like, Guinness and New Castle. I usually ask for one or the other on tap if I'm out somewhere. It depends on what kind of mood I'm in as far as which I prefer at the moment.

I'm having buyer's remorse. I was going to buy a 12 of Sam's Octoberfest last night and at the last minute I switched it up and bought a Long Trail sample pack. Meh.

Back to topic, I'd like to thank the good people of Europe for providing us with a great assortment of delicious beers since waaaay before I was born. Another good one from across the pond: Old Peculiar.

Not from Across the pond but Alexander Keith's is a great beer from my homeland...deffinately one of my favorite Canadian beers. Also some good ones from Canada are: Sleeman's, Kokanee and steam whistle.

I've been enjoying Smithwick's for awhile now but with the season getting colder I'll be moving back to Sam Adams Black Lager. I love Guiness on tap but can't stand it out of the bottle.

(Any) Belgian Triple is my poison of choice with Alagash Triple being the best to tickle my gullet with. Anything from La Chouffe is pretty darn fine too. "Dobbelen IPA Tripel" is a great mix between an IPA and a Triple and what I'm trying to brew these days.
