Beeping again?

I'm having a trouble with this beep issue again.

I had this problem before, and sent the camera to Panasonic in NJ in last March.
After I got the camera back, I haven't had this problem until today.

Today, When I was setting the camera and checking audio, I heard this nightmarish noise again from the same slot 1 I had the problem before.

The Setting: Audio-Ch1&2-external(ch1:wireless ch2:shotgun through mixer)
Slot---1

I don't hear beeping when I set ch1&2 on camera mic and any audio setting from ch2.

A strange thing is that when I got to home and opened a few files I recorded this beeping noise today in FCP, I don't hear the beep from any channels.

I think I should send the camera back to Panasonic to check this problem, but I'm really losing a confidence on my camera. If this beeping comes back again during an important shoot, I'll be wreck.

I'm just wondering anyone who has this problem are doing with this issue.

And if anyone know how to get rid of the beeping noise in post because we shot an indie feature last year and there are beeping noise in many scenes.

I meant:

I don't hear the beep when I set ch1&2 on camera mic. I don't hear any beep from Slot 2 in any audio setting.
