bout 8 grand or so once you get the adaptor and all the pieces you need... then you slap on lenses on top of that.

Good question. I can answer why atleast in this case.

The investor who funded that feature and who wishes to fund about 10 a year wants but two kinds. Urban and Horror. Urban, especially Miami Urban is usually a crime/drug film, as is this. Not your typical low grade though. That is the Miami Dade SWAT team in some of those pics so production value he has.
