Alright, I've got an NTG-1. Snagged this a while back when I got my DVX.
The mic is amazing. I've enjoyed using it and really do like the sound quality.
I've now upgraded to a 60D. I'd like to use this mic, without snagging a Zoom H4N.
I'm broke as hell, so I plan on grabbing something affordable like a Beachtek DXA-6. It has phantom power and a stereo out.
Does anyone know if the DXA-6 would be compatible with a DSLR? If it was meant for old camcorders, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Alternatively, I could always toss the output to a Zoom H1 could I not?
