Battery under warranty?

I was wondering if anyone had a panasonic battery die on them within the one year warranty period and did Panasonic replace it?

Yep, it's toast. It don't take a charge anymore, toast.

I'd PM Jan and see what she says. My guess is that the battery isn't covered under warranty.

Luckily, you can get a DVXUser battery cheap! :beer:

I'm with twistedPrez on this.

The Panasonic, especially in cold weather, doesn't last very long.

Get a third party better rated battery. And at least you have a battery while the Panasonic brand is being replaced

The batteries sold here on DVXuser.com are FANTASTIC! They last for freakin' ever, so to speak...
