Battery life with FMU128?

I picked up an FMU128. I didn't have time to run any tests before I went out shooting, so I popped it on to the camera. I thought, What could go wrong, I'll still be recording on an SD card for backup." After what seemed like about an hour of shooting I noticed my battery was down to 40%. I probably got less than two hours with the camera on before the battery died. I had never had a battery come close to dying on me before, even after several hours of shooting, so I didn't have a second battery with me. The day wasn't ruined, but it certainly was an eye opener. I'll be running some tests in the next few days to see if this is real. Has anyone else noticed this?

I've been using the FMU and SD simultaneously and have never had that happen - my guess is it's an issue with the battery.
Next time I shoot I'll pay more attention to how long I'm getting as far as runtime goes -
but I seem to remember each battery lasting me 4 to 5 hours or so (granted I"m not shooting continuously, but I hardly ever power the camera down).
