Battery Cord Extension?

[malcolm man]

So, for most of my shoots, I use the Anton Bauer Elipz battery.

The mount that goes from the battery to the camera base has always been a a little bit too flimsy for my taste. I'd love to just clip the battery on my belt.

Can I get a longer cable that goes from the battery to the camera? I couldn't seem to find one on their site.

thoughts?

I have never liked the idea of mounting my HVX on the thing, and I have never found an extention.

What I did was splice in a piece of extention cord between the camera part and the battery part.

It works great and now I can velcro it to my tripod or in your case put it on your belt.

Hope the helps

Have a great day

Thanks. I may just do that.
