Bathroom Man

amazing.

amazing.

you did a great job with framing and pacing. there are a few beginning scenes that i wish were on a tripod though. the time in between cuts is great. i really loved this vid.

I think alot of the shots could be trimmed down. Shots dont always have to be longer for the audience to get the point. The mirror shot(s) where the shaving is going on, seems alittle soft on the focus.... maybe its just me though.

I like how it looked. I was just thinking the 'idea' of the beginning part at least could have been trimmed down more to the point. e.g. Sometimes in a film you see someone going to get in a car and drive away. Most of the time, you see the guy get to the car and by the time he shuts the door, you hear the car started and hes driving away. You don't need to show him walking up, grabbing the handle, getting in, sitting down, grabbing the handleagain, shutting the door finding his key... etc.... You just need to show only what you need to get the point across.

I agree with vimcrony though, loved some of the framings on teh shots and some of the stylisic jump cuts.

I know you put its not really a story more experimentation... So if none of what i typed really applies , then tell me to STFU

LOL! :D

lets see more :D

It's definitely soft, but that's because no one was operating the camera, since I was all by myself. I had to focus it on something and hope ti all looked all right.

I think I know what shots you're talking about. I tried doing them on a tripod, but I couldn't get it to tilt that far back, so I had to lay on the ground and hand-hold it.
