Bars show up while uploading footage to premiere

I'm not sure exactly if this is an issue on Premiere, or my tapedeck on the DVX needs to be cleaned.

While I'm capturing footage on Premiere(CS3), every time something moves, lines appear on the object. When something is still, that's fine. This also shows up on the preview on the right hand corner of the program.

However, when I watch the video outside Premiere as well as on the camera's LCD, it looks just fine.

I've logged in 106 hours on the DVX, so I'm not sure if it's time to clean up the tape deck yet. I just felt my heart drop when I saw some of today's footage slightly 'fugly' in Premiere.
