Just want to thank Barry Green and the staff at AbelCineTech for an informative and eye opening AF100 workshop. The technical areas I needed help with were addressed and explained in terms I could understand, much like Barry's books.
I was excited about my camera before the workshop but now not only am I excited - but also confident! I now understand and can use most of the tools this camera has to offer, especially zebras, waveforms and focus assist tools, not to mention placing usable functions to the user buttons!! (never went near these buttons before)

I also want to thank Barry, Timur, Andy and his team for their work on putting this workshop together.

While I learn much from Barry's books and this forum, there was just something extra I needed to really get the most out of my AF100 and the workshop gave me that. It was both fun and productive. A great workshop that I learned a lot from and it gave me the chance to put some sweet glass on my AF100 to test out.

It was also was great to meet other AF100 users. Thanks again guys and I hope we do more of these in the future.
 
Another big thank you from me too. It was a great group of people, instructors and students. Definitely worth the money and the trip up to DC. It was fantastic getting a chance to try out various lenses on my AF100 and it helped me decide my next piece of glass. I'll be posting some footage soon so others can get a chance to compare.
 
Thanks guys! I'm so happy that everyone enjoyed the class. It was great having such a fantastic group of people.

Barry and Timur put on a good show, cheers to them as well.
