You can do this in photoshop or with AlamDV.

If you are using AlamDV, just read the tutorial that comes with it. It is pretty straightforward.

Yeah, I knew how to do the lightsabres, I've done them before...

I was just asking how Barry himself did the light sabres on that particular production...

That's pretty impressive that he did all the glow on the actors in post, that looked really good...

Remember, I didn't do the sabres, don't want to claim credit for something I didn't do... I did the lightsabres in the preproduction test shots, but those sabres in the final version were done by Bart and the other effects guys. And yes, I know the glow on the faces and walls was a definite source of pride for them!

I thought for sure you used glow sticks or something, and then rotoscoped over them!  :)

I saw the Essence of the Force video a couple years ago - I never knew you produced it!
