Holdan is my distributor in the UK, they've got lots of copies and sell to lots of resellers, so check with them.
And definitely get The HMC Book, it's a big rewrite of a lot of the front section, with lots of new info and FAQs and stuff. The HMC150 Book is out of print and only available as long as I've still got stock; it's replaced by The HMC Book.
