Barry Green have a Boot Camp DVD for AF-100

US models come with the AF100 book and cd that contains scene file settings. I don't believe it has any video training. If a bootcamp dvd exists I would def want one.
 
It's at the replicators right now. Just got finished cover art today. You'll see an announcement about availability here when I have them back (should be less than 10 days, hopefully).

It's about five and a half hours long, a two-disc set, and the discs are double-layer discs (so it's equivalent to a four-DVD set).

The book comes in the box -- for USA customers, or for special promotions through Holdan in Europe. The DVD is totally separate.

Pricing is not 100% finalized, especially because I'm still considering offering it as a direct download for overseas customers to avoid the high expense of shipping and the delays that customs can introduce.

I love the idea of having a download, but how would that work fairly when it's time to resell it?

FWIW I have both of the Sound and Lighting DVDs (as well as HCW - Blocking, which I've barely touched; it's a beast), which I've watched several times each, and should probably put up for sale.

I loved the book (which someone unfortunately left on the plane when we travelled to NAB) and the HVX boot camp! Can't wait for this one! Wish I could pre-order today!
 
I don't like to take pre-orders, I prefer to underpromise and overdeliver. I don't normally even pre-announce a product before it's available; I did this time because there was a specific question asked about it, but ... yeah, we've been working on this for quite a while, and like I said it's almost six hours long... the DVD replicator already sent me proofs of the artwork so it should be in heavy-duty replication now, and shipping to me maybe this week. Once I get them, presumably sometime next week, I'll make a "now available" announcement. Thanks for all the interest!
