Barry Green´s DVD its a MUST have.

Hey guys, I know you already know this, but I just got my AF100 DVD from amazon and OMG, this thing is a must have and it should be included with every purchase!!! Of course with the extra charge, hehe.

To anyone of you guys that have seen it, I saw Barry talk about having the Viewfinder turn to black and white in order to check the focus with the red markers. But i guess I missed where he says how to turn the viewfinder to black and white. Anyone know how?
 
The DVD is good- tons of info on the camera. He knows these cams back and forth- it looks effortless to him. Sometimes I wonder if he's thinking about what to make for dinner as he's describing the the operations :)

My one criticism would be- Barry's quick speaking style delivers the info a bit fast for me. I find myself needing to rewind often to try and keep up.
 
Thanks A lot Barry. And about the DVD, I think its an amazing job you did. You cover every single detail. Im new to the camera and just by watching the DVD, I could work it out in a shoot quite well..

+1 I find Barry's opinions on which features are good for what and when hugely helpful. For some reason I did not glean that from the book even though they are in there. The DVD makes them hit home. So if you have a book, I'd consider the DVD too. Plus, I lke the rapid-fire delivery... keeps you on your toes!
