I'm working on a video of an acoustic set with a musician. we shot in front of a fire, so it's heavy on the blacks. I compressed for Youtube, and the video still looked fine. However, when I looked at it on my bigger monitor, white bands appeared over the black parts of the video.
Anyone have a clue as to why this is happening?
