FEATURE: "bad vs worse" full film online free

Hi ScrewLoose!

Having shot and finished an entire feature on a budget like that is a great accomplishment so congratulations on that!
Now having said that.. I wish it wasn't finished. I'd want to see you handing the source material over to an experienced editor, have the film recut, handing it over to an experienced colorist and having it graded properly, and then having the sound handed over to an experienced sound mixer / editor --- And THEN having the movie distributed through some VOD service the way a feature like this deserves.

That's what I wish!
The movie has a great deal of potential and just needs some polishing to make it distribution-ready; proper sound mixing, grading, a score and some work on the editing (one whole minute of panting over black before the actual movie starts is not the best way to go).

Asking around I bet you could find talented students and independent workers who specialize in editing, sound mixing, music composing and color grading, and would be more than happy to help you out. You may have already closed the curtains on this project with no desire to continue working on it, and if that's the case I'll simply congratulate you once more on having finished a feature film :-)

Screwloose, congrats on your achievement! Can you give us some details on the lenses used, etc? Sort of a bts on the issues you faced etc? How long it took, etc Congrats!

Hey. Thank You!

This was my do or die film. Shot and produced with only the things I have. I don't believe in waiting, I believe in doing. So I used my Canon T2i with the following lenses: L Series 17-40 mm, 50mm 1.8, 75-300mm. We shot over the course of three months but only on weekends. So if you add up all the shooting days it amounts to about a month. As far as issues there were many, some that are very present in the final product haha. But the truth is, when there is a will there is a way! I just found creative ways around any issue. I was fortunate enough to get some great equipment from a non profit organization I worked with when I was in high school. They gave me a few 650's and two Arri LED's as well as their sound gear. All the stars just aligned for the most part. This is my first feature and therefore is very flawed. As a matter of fact, it's hard to look it sometimes haha. But regardless, I love it because of how much I learned when making it. Anyway, the film will be released to VOD networks this October by Devolver Digital Films! Look for it as well as the DVD. The DVD will have a whole making of feature that will really go into details on the production. Thank you very much for checking it out!
