Bad People Suck

A marine friend of mine once told me that all his combat training essentially boiled down to this mantra:

"Sweep the feet. Boot to the face"

Keep that one in your back pocket PK.
There's always room in Austin for you to come back to.

what does he do, where does he eat, how does he get his money, document it get copies give him one and tell him to #$%^ off cause i have friends that have copies also. be the predator.

uhmm ... i just found and read this whole thread ...

I'm just going to be selfish and take morality out of the equation: Alive PK is better than dead PK.

Please don't get killed. I admire you fighting this on the small front but you have too many other good works to achieve with the far reaching public voice you've developed there.

Be careful and keep us updated.

I think it is great with bravery on the small level. But some environments need political and economical change before things can get better and applying your sense of freedom and morality can be seriously life threatening if you are dealing with individuals who have no respect for human life.

My advice, however cowardly it may seem, is not to take the fight. Move out. Make a documentary about the political situation and interview some people about it.

But don't provoke dangerous individuals. Your struggle seem quite futile with this individual.

be careful dude. i would be pissed about the situation- and i think its great you're doing something about it. people are sick individuals these days. make sure its worth it- none of us would want to hear about you getting into bad trouble. there's nasty stuff like this going on all over the world, its been going on for god knows how long. be cautious, my prayers are with you

That's surprisingly effective, to be honest. I find that my fighting style is moving more and more in that direction.

Krav Maga, baby. Krav Maga.

Without a doubt!!!!

I'm a big fan of Haganah as well, very similar in the Israeli thread of things, and in dealing with knives, guns, etc.

It's the real stuff. It's not designed to score points in tournaments, etc. It makes use of close contact fighting in real life situations where you might encounter guns, knives and other weapons. The techniques are brutal and employ the elbows and knees to a great extent.

... and make you want to puke after each session. I don't think i've ever worked out so hard in my life.

PK.

Please be carefull, and over all, be safe!

Remeber that sometimes Triage is necesary to prioratize. You do a lot of good to others, but make sure you help yourself first of all and don't take any risks. Make sure you are able to continue all the great things you do. Might not be worth sinkign to his level and challenging him on this one.

Keep us informed and do what you must. But look out for yourself too!
