My motorcycle was just stolen a few hours ago. It's the one Isara used for the helmet campaign around Thailand. It was my little pride and joy and now some scum bag is probably stripping it for parts and taking it across the border into Laos.

If that wasn't bad enough, two days ago Isara's bicycle was stolen so now we're completely without wheels ....and most likely being targeted. I can't understand how people could steal from a charity that is in their town to help.

Bad people suck! :crybaby:
 
Wow man... I wish there was something I could do. I know that's a horrible feeling... so no insurance or anything like that over there huh?

Man... bummer. I feel your pain.
 
This is the worst thing I've heard in a long time. If there's anything to karma, these people have a major ass kicking coming their way sometime soon.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Not surprised about the theft, but from a charity? Kind of low. Things will work out.
 
How much to replace the bike... and how much to replace the motorcycle?

No B.S. just the real, local $.

Satisfy my curiosity... I'm not loaded, but I can do $20... and I think another 100 member would easily do it also (and let's make it 101 for a good lock)

Matt- took the words right out of my mouth. I don't know about everyone else, but I'm sure I can scrape-up some cash to help a person who helps SO many others...and makes this world a better place.

I guess with the time delay PK is either asleep... or in his alter-ego costume, and patrolling the streets.

We got the bike covered already... now what was it again PK? A 15lb Cannondale with Spinergy rims? :-)

OK now tomorrow when PK reports back everybody's gotta' keep their promise.

EDIT: Already contributed. Now don't go and blow that money feeding starving children PK.

Make sure we raise enough for a lock for each transport device and a helmet for the rider (oh wait, PK gives out helmets free ... so we're covered there) :grin:
 
Totally sucks that happened! I'm good for at least $20. Let me know where to send the money and I'm all over it. And yeah lets raise enough for a lock and helmet :)
 
You all are AMAZING!! Just when I start to give up on humanity (it was a really bad night) I wake up and find all of this. Thank you.
