Bad clip experience.

We were shooting 720/30PN when this happened. We rolled for three questions of an interview and then had to stop tape. Everything seemed normal at that point. We continued to roll the remainder of the interview with no problems. When we got back and transfered the P2 cards, the first clip came up bad. Red X on the thumbnail. There was only 32kb of information associated with that clip. All other clips were fine.
Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?
 
Haven't had an issue like that but have you tried putting the card back in the cam to "repair clip" ?
