Bad Back From Too Much Editing

I have this issue as well. Spending time in front of the computer (eventually leanig forward on the desk) added to my poor sleeping habbits (stomach. Who knew that was bad?) has caused me to suffer lower back pains.

I bought a new desk chair and attempted to sleep on my side. Step two still pending, but here's the chair, pretty standard, I like it:

Wow thats a lot of replies. Thanks for the ideas guys. I bought a keyboard so I think it will help me from slunching forwards to type. I will have to exercise more :(:(

Posture correction.

Yeah, I agree. Just sit up straight. I've been writing code for about 10 years now, in front of a computer for at least 8 hrs a day and never had a single issue.

Also, I do 75-100 sit-ups every day. Strengthening the ab muscles takes the strain off of the lower back.
