backup for the 150

Hello, I am a legal videographer and have always used backup, even if recording to P2.

I want to buy a couple HMC cams and prefer the CCD over the 3MOS so that narrows the choice down to the 150.

We presently use firestores for backup but the 150 does not have firewire.

Is anyone, simultaneously, while shooting, backing up onto anything?

My apologies if this is addressed elsewhere.
 
You can use a Nanoflash if you wish. You can use the HDMI port.

But if you use Panasonic Gold SDHC or Sandisk Extreme cards, you should be good. They are highly reliable.

Nothing is perfectly safe. But I am confident when using these cards.
