Backpack for HVX, Letus, Lenses, FSLR, Laptop?

I might be going to Cambodia for about a month in November..

Its suppose to be a whole day's journey from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat, and I can't imagine being there without my Still camera, HVX/letus, lenses, and a laptop to offload footage.

Am I dreaming to think there is a backpack to fit all of this?

-Nikon F3
-24mm, 50mm, 85mm Nikkor lenses
-Rolls of 35mm film
-HVX200a
-Letus Extreme
-Zacuto supports
-Macbook

I'd suggest going to an REI store and finding a good waterproof backpackers one and retro fitting it with some foam and dividers?
