Backpack for HMc150

I have been scoring the internet for what seems like milleniums, all to obtain the ideal camera backpack. Currently I have an Ogio Ty 2 and am looking to upgrade to a bag that can fit the same amount of gear, but all while being more comfortable and without feeling like a mini fridge strapped to my back. I ask for a comfortable backpack because I do not own a car by choice, I commute by bike so I will spend large amounts of time with it on, but I can easily mount it to the top of my panier rack. The other stipulation is that my main focus during winter is snowboard videographer, so a weather cover would be ideal, but not necessary. The final thing to consider is that I will be able to use it as an airline carry on, as I will be moving to the USA from Canada in 3 months for a 6 month vacation and filming excursion.

My Ogio bag can currently fit the following all with room for two more lenses. There is also a laptop and notepad pockets, which I don't use:

Interior

  • Panasonic AG-HMC150
  • Gripped Canon 60D
  • Opteka 72mm 0.4x Fisheye
  • Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
  • Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS
  • Pelican 0915 memory card case
  • Apurture AP-TR1C Timer remote control
  • Triopo TTV-160 light & filters
  • 2.5LB weight 5" in diameter
  • 3x Canon batteries
  • 3x Large Panasonic batteries
  • 2x Sony batteries

Exterior Pockets

  • 2x Canon chargers
  • Sony charger
  • Panasonic charger
  • Pelican 1015 Micro Case

I've been looking at the Think Tank Streetwalker HardDrive, Kata Pro-V-410 PL, Lowepro Pro Runner 450 AW, Lowepro DryZone 200, CineBags CB-25B Revolution and PetrolPC303. I want to keep the price under $300, but if I can keep it under $200 that would be the sweet point as I will be purchasing some new gear and need to save some money.

I appreciate all suggestions, feedback and help. Thank you everybody!

I'm thinking I will get the RucPac and a Pelican 1510, that should suit all my needs. My camera's focus ring was damaged due to impact damage from a drop in my bag before, so this should prevent that and it is more spacious. If I do end up getting this combo, I will post some form of review. In the meantime I'm still looking for feedback.
