Backfocus parfocal issue with commlite adapter 24-105mm on A7s HELP!!

I've recently pre-ordered the A7rii and currently own the Commlite adapter EF to E mount. However yesterday when I borrowed a friend's A7s I was shooting with the 24-105mm L on the Commlite adapter and noticed serious backfocus issues. As far as I understand the 24-105mm is a parfocal lens (or close enough) and it acts that way on my Canon body as well. Has anyone had this issue? I do videography often and it'll be a total pain if this problem persists when my A7rii arrives, as I assume it would have the exact same problem as the a7s on my 24-105mm. Is there an EF to E mount adapter that is known to retain the parfocal-ness of these Canon lenses? FotodioX? I've searched on google for a while and have come up with very little on this matter. Please help!! :(

I'd try to rent a metabones adapter and see if the results are the same. I came across a forum with someone having the same issues with the 24-105mm on a Canon EOS-M. I think it depends on how far away the adapter puts the lens from the sensor.

Not fotodiox, when I questioned them about one of their "pro" adapters being short by a mile, they just said it is their normal design to make certain the lenses can focus at infinity. Their normal is reach infinity at the 10 foot mark, a whole lot of turning to go from there to the infinity stop. The only good thing is the Pro adapters seem to have a three piece design, they have two brass mounts with an aluminum filler. Should be able to shim one of the mounts to the proper spacing. As mentioned, Metabones or novoflex might be worth renting to see if they are closer, don't just buy one assuming it will be correct because they are much more expensive compared to the cheapo adapters we normally talk about.
