Back Focus issue?...or am I just delusional?

I was filming this focus chart print out and the picture seemed a little soft when I zoomed out. Does the image look soft to you? Or am I nuts? Because it would be much more convenient for me to turn myself in to the loony bin than for me to send this camera in for repair.

Shot with HMC150 at 60i with detail and v detail levels at 0. Zoomed into the chart, focused, then zoomed out.
