[WTB] B4 Lens to Canon EF Adapters

I am interested in hiring someone to produce adapters for me from the 2/3" B4 lens mount to Canon EF camera mount. I have had some requests for these.
They would need to be machined with good precision for accurate backfocus. There are no optics involved. Cost is a definate factor. I have a number of the B4 lenses & Canon bodies for testing.

Also interested in B3 to Canon EF. Please PM me if you are interested in creating a prototype and / or bidding on the job. Thanks.

Would they cover the EOS sensor? I'd love to try EF lenses on older bayonet cameras like the Supercam and DV500. Any ideas?

No the B4 lens doesn't cover the full EOS sensor. Even with a built-in 2x extender there would need to be some modifications. I'm not familiar with the Supercan / DV500 so can't help you there. :-)

The built-in 2x extender on B4 lenses covers a 4/3 sensor. The idea is to use a 1.4x teleconverter to increase the coverage to APS-C. My tests show that a 2x Canon teleconverter performs better than the built-in B4 2x extender for corner sharpness. The only issue may be keeping the lens parfocal.
