B&W for DVX100 (NTSC)

URGENT: Is there a way to do B&W on an original NTSC DVX100? Or at least nearly completely desaturate it (sepia would be the preference)?

I know--do it in post. Can't. Need this function for the Shoot Out Boulder 24-hour filmmaking competition--in-camera editing only, allowed. Five days away!

Answer is NO... Best you can do is turn the Chroma level right down, will still have a little color.

Maybe turn it waaaay down and put a sepia filter on the lens? That might overpower any color left.
