I was going to purchase from EVS, but their all out.

So, I guess I have no choice but to go with B & H.

My question: is B&H still offering the free m/b software and BG's book? I can't find any infoon their web site and my e-mails haven't been responded to.

Anyone know?

I called and it went something like this...

Idiot: "Who's Barry Green?"
Troop: "Uh, the author."
Idiot: "The author of what?"
Troop: "The DVX Book."
Idiot: *sigh* *papers rattle* *sigh*

I just thought someone here would know.

If not, I'll have to call again Monday.

I finally got around to ordering mine on friday, assuming that it came with the book/dvd... now you got me all worried, haha. man i really hope so.. guess I'll just have to cross my fingers.
 
ummm, last i understood, the book and CD had nothing to do with the authorized resellers. So, shouldn't you be calling panasonic?

I received mine from B&H last thursday. Book/DVD with Software was included. However they sent me an out of date rebate claim form.. I went to Panasonic.com and submitted digitally. It's the way to go.

Package was ordered on a Sunday and recieved on thursday. Not to shabby considering it took 2 days to process and didn't ship til Tuesday night.
