B&H Photo needs to be more Newegg

I, personally, hate searching for equipment at B&H. Their search filter is so limited. For example: I'm looking at fluorescent bulbs and the only filters available are Brand and Price. It at least needs color temp and size! And let's not forget about watts...

B&H also needs to improve it's Reviews. I love how Newegg let's you sort by ratings. User feedback is one of the biggest deciding factors, if not the biggest, when I purchase my gear. On B&H there are very few user reviews and I think that would greatly improve if they were easy to access and more relevant.

B&H has great gear but finding it can really suck.

newegg is great, but i wish they still used fedex instead of ups for standard shipping.
 
I don't like that Newegg charges a 15% restocking fee for any return. But the site sure is packed with info.
 
I was hoping NewEgg would be great.
I was buying a Canon point and shoot from them, but was literally lied to on the shipping deal by their rep. Canceled the order and bought from B&H who delivered what they promised at a comparable price.
I actually wrote a letter (yeah, real snail mail) to the president, but have yet to receive the courtesy of a reply. That speaks volumes to me .

I've only bought computer parts from NewEgg, but they've kicked ass for everything I've needed. A lot of companies could learn a thing or two from their website.
