GH5 B&H Has Cheap Lexar 128GB Cards Again: 2-Pack for $170

why not? 400mbps is 50MB/s - without knowing the minimum write speed we really don't know if the cards will cope or not. Even the lexar site won't say "*Up to 150MB/s read transfer, write speeds lower. Speeds based on internal testing. Actual performance may vary. x=150KB/s."

Because the guys from the CRFTSHO YouTube channel that have been shooting with the beta firmware 2.0 for the past month have stated that ONLY SDXC V90 cards have worked for them when shooting 400 Mbps formats. Everything else they tried failed, including SDXC V60 cards.

Those Lexar 1000x have a very bad rep with GH5 users on Facebook.

I'm surprised Sandisk don't have v60 or v90 on the market already.

interesting - does it depend on brand? the Delkin & Panasonic both list a minimum of 60MB/s which should do the job but other brands only list a max figure

I think it's a combination of a new untested memory card standard with new beta camera firmware. I am sure it will get sorted out eventually, but right now it's all cutting edge tech. ( I had always planned on buying V90 cards for the new 400 Mbps formats )
