B-Camera for HVX200

Dear Folks:

I am doing a two camera studio shoot. (An office turned into a studio, really.)

I have two DVX100B's in there. But I really want to shoot HD.

I have access to an HVX200. I was thinking I could use the HVX200 to shoot the wider shot and a cheaper HD cam to shoot the close up. Maybe a cheap HDV consumer camera like the Canon HV30.

Would the footage between these two cameras intercut OK or would they look wildly different?

Another idea would be to buy an HMC150. That would be pricier, but they might cut together better.

Any thoughts?

I use a Canon HV20 (HDV) as a b-camera with my hvx200.

You can get them used for around $400 (new for $650). This is my setup and I shoot with both all the time, and editing them together in the same project is easy.

p.s. - the sensor is the same in the hv20 and hv30, so do not buy the more expensive hv30...the price is only higher for increased still megapixel resolution, but i dont use my to shoot photos, so the price increase isnt worth it.
