B cam for FS700R...A7Sii vs FS700R?

Trying to decide if A7Sii would be a good match for FS700R or if I need to spend the extra $$ for another FS700R.
For corporate stuff, not events or long videos where the record limit and overheating becomes an issue.
I have an external 4K recorder (huge files) for the FS700R whereas the A7Sii can obviously record 4K internally.

My main concern is matching footage. I don't want a constant hassle matching them.
Many of you have these cameras. What are your thoughts?
 
I bought an A7R2 as a B cam, and the colors are no where near the same. If you want to minimize your post workflow, stick to a second FS700.
 
I bought the A6300 for my b-cam and have had no issues colour matching as long as I have them both on the same picture profile, white balance and exposure.
