Something like this? Yes, using higher shutter speeds and Twixtor, you can get in the ballpark (perhaps a seat in the nose-bleeds far away from the field).
But there's a reason the Phantom costs what it costs. It's purpose-built for stuff like this, so it's always going to deliver superior images.

That is the Phantom HD Camera @ 1000fps. GH13 can shoot as high as @ 60fps. You could try and apply Twixtor, but it will yield you a very different result. See link: http://vimeo.com/13557939
