I can sell out of ebay if you do not have an account. I have over 500+ positive feedback.
This is ultra quiet and great for special effects recording, instruments and location dialogue.
UP FOR AUCTION IS AN AKG C-460-B MICROPHONE WITH A CK-61-ULS CAPSULE. THE MIC AND CAPSULE BOTH WORK AND SOUND GREAT. THEY ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND SHOW ONLY VERY FEINT HANDLING MARKS HERE AND THERE, NO DENTS, DINGS OR EVIDENCE OF EXCESSIVE WEAR. AUCTION INCLUDES THE MIC, CAPSULE, PADDED AKG CASE, WINDSCREEN AND CLIP.
This is an ultra quiet microphone. I have had problems with the noise floor of other microphones but not this one. incredible microphone.
Also you can buy other capsules and create a great microphone kit.
The C 460 B was a transformer-coupled preamp from AKG’s “Condenser Modular Series” (CMS).
The C 460 B preamp could be used with any of AKG’s wide variety of detachable capsules and inline pads to provide a microphone suitable for a wide variety of applications in the studio.
The mic has extremely low self-noise for a small-diaphragm mic, at 14dBA, and is advertised as having “absolute linearity of all important parameters such as frequency response, directivity factor, electrical transfer characteristics.”
The CK 61-ULS Cardioid capsule was described as having a 15mm active diaphragm, and a sensitivity of 8mV/Pa.
A 4-position switch on the mic body enables selection of four operational modes:
No pad/filter.
HPF: -12dB/octave @ 70Hz
HPF: -12dB/octave @ 150Hz
-10dB pad
If you need a great microphone this is the next best thing next to the Schoeps CMC6 MK4 combo. Which cost almost 2,000 very very similar performance.
Free shipping with delivery confirmation.
Feel free to ask me any questions.
