I know that Avid is not supporting the 720/24P yet, but does it need to put some kind of wrapper on the HDV/30P or can it edit the .m2t file natively.
I am a Mac owner and the 5.5 release is coming out, and I plan to get a Firestore soon which does not have the ability to wrap the .m2t files.
