Avid Xpress Pro and 720/24P

Is it possible to edit in real time using Avid Xpress Pro with 720/24P footage? What kind of system would I need to do such?

I am shooting in Taiwan so any way I can edit from home and not in the production office where everything in Chinese would be amazing.

Please help!
 
Avid has both a 720/23.976p project preset for editing HVX 720/24pN footage, and a 720/59.94p project preset for editing HVX 720/24p "over 60" footage. You should be covered either way.

Xpress Pro has these presets, and on a reasonably modern PC or Mac, cutting either flavor of footage will be a breeze.
