Avid recognizes some MXF, but not all

I have a series of downloaded files from a Firestor FS_100. Avid ProHD 5.2.4's media tool (PC) does not see all the files from one of those downloads. Don't know how the files were handled on the Firestor (Whether "P2 Orginize" was used, etc), but I have the MXF video and audio files; they seem to be properly placed in the separate folders. Anybody have an idea how to deal with this? I see on some posts Raylight is mentioned. I'll take a look at that. Any other ideas?
I'm new to this forum. Thanks in advance for any help.

Haven't used the FS-100 myself yet, but try copying the mxf's to the Avid mediafolder to check if all files are ok.

Info on how to do this, is in the Avid NLE forum on this very site. You can find more FS-100 info there.
