Avid liquid 7.1 w/after effects 7 question

Hi Guys,

I hope someone can help me. When i export a clip from AL7.1 to AE7. Composite effects and bring it back into AL, I find a slight quality loss, The footage looks a little bit blocky. It kind of looks like the fields aren't lined up properly any suggestions as to how i fix this would be much appreciated. I shoot 25p mini dv
