Avid Hierarchy?

[KingsReign]

Here is what I understand so far:

Symphony Nitris
Media Composer Adreneline
Xpress Pro
Xpress DV

Where does DS Nitris fit in?

And what is the differences between that and the Symphony Nitris. Clear facts please, I have read up on it, but Avid is pretty exulsive to the major differences in the systems.

Also, what are the costs for the Symphony, DS, and Composer?

DS sits somewhere above Symphony Nitris. Although its a completely different beast. Diferences..... you really need to either see a demo or download spec sheets. They are totally different. Like asking whats the difference between a Lamborghini and a King Air(its a type of plane). They are both nice vehicles, but they accell at different things. DS is about 100kish list, Symphony 90kish list, Adren/composer 25k list
