I just got my express pro with mojo yesterday. i can download fine but when i first start up the avid. all the tool boxes open up and if i move them they ghost and fade multiplying behind each other. once that finally settles down while im editing on the timeline the clips do the same ghosting thing. if i move the cursor over a tool like fast menu the little box that says fast menu or lift or cut ect. the little box never goes away. and i cant hear any audio thru the speakers but the audio meter is moving.

You need to uninstall Windows Update KB824141 via the "add/remove" software in the control panel. This update wreaks havoc on Avid windows.

thanks guys i did the uninstall thing and it did the trick. i bought the xpress pro upgraded version and in all the stuff i got also came a card and code telling to go to avid.com and download the updater dongle i did but i dont have internet on my computer so i was unable to do it. how else can i do it. although in program i saw an icon that said dongle updater and i clicked on it and it said it was updated was that the same thing avid wanted me to do.
