AVID HD and 24p workflow?

I think that this would help many that come into this forum, including myself obviously. Could someone post a workflow that would utilize DVX 24p regular setting, editing on Avid HD (5.1 i believe), and compressing with Sorenson Squeeze. I'm not sure first of all what setting the project should be at...24fps, 23.976fps, 29.97fps? Please help, I have a project I need to get started on but I don't want to start with the wrong setting. THANKS!!!

23.976 project type
Film settings set to either ADVANCED or NORMAL depending on what was shot
If NORNAL, set the pulldown cadence relationship to 00:00:00:00 to "A"
edit, edit, edit, color correct, etc.
export QuickTime reference
use Sorenson;

thanks michael...this worked great. much better than last time i was asking you for help on the 4.5 version which did not support the normal pulldown cadence. i had to do this crazy work around in after effect that was a complete hassle. this time the footage looks amazing. thanks again!!!
