The infamous Avid Hand Book was recently updated for the new MC 3.0 and I highly recommend it. I have no affiliation with the author or publisher, I just found it to be a very valuable Avid resource. It is great for intermediate editors looking to broaden their understanding of not just how Avid works but why it does some of the things it does.
