Avid Express Pro: color correction & exporting 23.97 project question

2 questions:

Don't know what I did, but whenever I open up the color correction mode in Avid Express Pro, i'm missing the HSL tool? turn it off/turn it on same thing, any clue on how to get it back? I know it's there somewhere...

2: I need to export my project (shot on 24P, editing 23.97 timeline) to tape and quicktime. I know you can't w/out the mojo, but is it true that if you upgrade to HD or a higher version you can-without mojo?

Please let me know if that is true, can't dish out $1700 for the mojo.

Try trashing the MC State setting file as well as new user settings to see of the HSL Tab comes back.

Xpress Pro 5.0 and later (PC only for now) has the ability to output directly to NTSC over FireWire with 2:3 pulldown with no Mojo.

How do you trash the mc setting file?

I'm not in front of a system right now, do a seach for "MCstate" and see what pops up.

Thanks for the info Mike, deleted the user settings and mcstate file but still not back? Is there anything else i can do?

Hmmm... have you tried a complete new install?

I just upgraded to HD today, which requires a new install, and i'm having the same problem-no hsl tool again.

I don't know what to say anymore - might be time to call 800 800 AVID...
