Avid and Firestore

Hey,

Got a question. I have avid xpress Pro 4.5.1 on a mac g5 and am using the dvx. Can I use the firestore fs 4 pro without problems? I want to know before I dump the cash. BH is out of it anyway.......he he. Thanks.
 
I just used it for a job and went with quicktime and not omf. I was thinking I would edit it FCP (which is just open the file and edit), but went back to avid because of the edit time being tight. I had to bring the quicktime files in, which takes a bit, but had no problems. It is suppose to work fine at omf files, but I have not tested it.
