Avid and DVFilm RAYLIGHT P2 Maker

Using AVID Express Pro HD (the latest version)
Shot footage using HVX200
Accidentally came out at 59.94 but wanted 23.976

Bought DVFILM Raylight in a hurry to get it converted

The converted footage, now 23.976 plays back in P2 Viewer fine
but when I try to bring it into AVID via the Media Tool, I receive
an error saying that it cannot scan the file and asks me if
I want to ignore or abort.

Has anyone got this to work?

Apparently not. I put in a request to Avid to help me out on this one.
 
Just sharing what DVFilm is trying to do. This is a response I got from DVFILM.
They are trying to resolve it. We have gone back an forth on the issue last week, so at least I can say they are trying.

Marcus van Bavel said on the DVFilm discussion board that Avid and Liquid do not work well with codecs like raylight.

Does anyone know of program that can convert MXF 59.94 to 23.96 MXF ???
